Chapter 1: Something strange.
Quincy Sharp: Hugo,are you sure about this?
Hugo Strange: Trust me Mr Mayor,it'll be perfect.
Sharp: But it-
Strange: This is my idea Mayor,you don't know how it will go,you need to calm down and let it all happen.
Sharp: This is your idea,I don't know how it will go,I need to calm down and let it all happen"Hangs out the call"
Strange: Excellent,once Arkham City is completed,I will unleash my creation to rule Gotham.
"One day later"
Sharp talking to the people of Gotham: Arkham City is a place to cure all these criminal masterminds,by simply letting them cause as much chaos as they want till they get cured.
Jack Ryder: But Mr Mayor,that will actually make them more destructive,how do you know this will go right?
Sharp: I-
Strange talking to Sharp by the micro-chip he placed in his ear:You are Mayor Sharp,you are strong,you are brave,you will cure this city .
Sharp: Don't you argue with me,it'll happen.
Bruce Wayne thinking: Something's not right about Sharp,I don't like him,he's a lunatic just like the Joker,those hidden messages he left me one year go in Arkham Asylum were insane.Sharp's not bright,someone must be planning all of this.

Chapter 2: Birds and Penguins.
Later 10:30 PM with the Penguin: I must go to that giant super-prison I tell you!
Guard: Sorry,it's not build yet.
Penguin: SHUT UP!"gets out Umbrella and kills all the guards"You'll be perfect as my new carpet.
Penguin then sneaks to Arkham City,hides in a complete building and starts changing it in his own image.
Penguin: Oi,this is perfect!
Thug: It sure is boss.
Penguin: Don't talk to me when I don't tell you to.
Thug: Okay boss.
Penguin:"Shoots thug" What did I just tell you?
In the next day.
Strange brings Penguin to his base,since Arkham City was completely build 2 hours ago: Hello Mr Copplebot.
Penguin: What do you want Strange?
Strange: I simply want to interview you.
Penguin: You don't give me orders here Strange,I own this place.
Strange: Well to be quiet clear I give you certain freedom.
Penguin: Fine,let's do the interview.

Chapter 3: Sneaky sneaky.
After Penguin wasted 10 minutes of his life on Strange's interview,we go back to Batman.
Batman: Alfred,what are the chances of sneaking in Arkham City without getting killed?
Alfred: 5% I'm afraid.
Batman then disguises as a thug called" Kaylon Jones" and sneaks into Arkham City.
As soon as he sneaks in,TYGER guards follow him and alerts go crazy,he gets a smoke pellet from his pocket and throws it,he says to Alfred: Alfred,send me the bat-wing with the bat-suit in it.
Alfred: Affirmative Master Bruce.
The bat-wing arrives,it throws a capsule that has the bat-suit in it,Batman suits up then.
Strange talking with speakers: Ahh Batman,you're here.
Batman: What are you up to?
Strange: Nothing that concerns you.Guards,bring him.
Suddenly,25 TYGER guards knock Batman out and send him to Strange.........

Chapter 4: The strange secret of Batman.
Strange shocks Batman to wake him up: Wakey wakey little bat.
Batman: Who are you?
Strange: I ask questions here.Now back to you.Why do you dress in a Halloween costume?
Batman doesn't answer and stares at Strange like a bad-ass.
Strange: No answer?Hmm,something emotional must have happened to you,Wayne.
Batman expresses a surprised mood.
Strange: Yes,Batman.I know your secret.Now do everything I tell so I don't expose your identity.
Batman:NEVER!
Strange: I'm afraid you don't have a choice,Guards.
Then,30 guards gang up on Batman while he's strapped in the chair,suddenly, Catwoman enters with a van and fights the guards.
While Strange is looking at her fight,Batman gets some sorta thing that unlocks locks out of his gloves like in Batman TAS and frees himself,Strange then runs and Batman follows.
Then, a few TYGER choppers appear and shoot at Batman,he's forced to hide.
Batman then stands on a gargoyle.
Strange sends the TYGER guards to hunt down Batman,they spot him with their night glasses,they then try to shoot at him but he disappears like he wasn't there at all!Batman then goes to a rooftop and TYGER guards follow him.Batman then slowly goes to the side of a wooden wall and takes down a TYGER guard and the rest spread out and search for him on the rooftop.
They then gave up and went to Strange.but before that Batman drops a smoke bomb and takes a TYGER guard with him.
Meanwhile.Back to the TYGER guards back to Strange
Strange: Is he with you?
TYGER guard: N-N-No sir.
Strange: FOOLS!How can you not find him?!
TYGER guard: I'm sorry,we tried to find him but we couldn't find him.
Strange: Very well then,come with me.
TYGER guard: Yes sir.
The game then goes to cutscenes
Strange then knocks the guard out and straps him to a chair.
He shocks him and the guard wakes up in pain.
Strange: I need details Captain,tell me everything about him.
TYGER guard: I'm in a lot of pain.
Strange: This will have you"sticks a needle that has the truth formula in it" REMEMBER!
TYGER guard: We thought we had him trapped"FLASHBACK" but he was waiting for us.
Strange then sticks another needle to the guard
TYGER guard then coughs on blood: You knew,we can't take him down.You knew we were no match for him.
Strange: Yes but soon he will be,there's only one more twist of the knife to test him.
Back to Batman: Who sent you?says Batman while he's holding the TYGER guard from his neck
The TYGER guard that Batman took with him a while back: Hugo Strange.
Strange then talks to Batman with his speakers: So,you know my name.Good,because I know everything about you.Your darkest secret,your ultimate weakness,I know you are Bruce Wayne.

Chapter 5: Heads or Tails?
A few thugs were talking in Two-face's office
Thug 1: How long till the boss gets here?
Thug 2: He'll be here.
Thug 3: Riley said he saw the bat,is he here too?
Thug 2: In Arkham City?Why would he come here?You guys just need to chill the hell out.
Suddenly,Catwoman enters the office by crashing the glass.
Thug 1: It's Batman!
Thug 2: What the hell?
Catwoman: Sorry to disappoint you boys .It's just very lonely.
Catwoman then fights the thugs.
She rushed and attacked a thug,then three thugs threw a punch on her,she jumped and kicked all the three in the face.She then pulled a thug with her whip and clawed his face,then she counter-kissed a thug from behind and then knocked him out.
Catwoman: Now all that has been taken care of,it's time to get what I came for I got safe.
She opens the safe and puts some chip in her Iphone only for Two-face to enter and put the gun on her head.
Two-face: Get your filthy claws off that,NOW!

Chapter 6: She's kidnapped
Two-face takes Catwoman with her and ties her up upside down above a vat of Acid.
Anyways,back to Batman.
Batman: He knows my identity,I need to stop him.Alfred,look up all you can find on Hugo Strange.
Alfred: Right away Master Bruce.
Batman:How could he have figure it out?
Alfred: Hugo Strange is a Doctor,he was a patient in the Asylum and then disappeared 4 years,and is the warden of Arkham City.That's all it said about him Master Bruce.
Batman: He must be hiding something.
Batman searches for Hugo,when he's spotted by a TYGER chopper,the TYGER guards come out of it and knock Batman out.Batman's brought to Strange's base,again.And is tied up to a chair
Strange: Well well well look who we got here.
Batman's just staring at Strange.
Strange: Speak up,Batman"Slaps Batman"
Batman's just getting angry and keeps staring.
Strange: Don't you give me that look"Shocks Batman"
Batman: ARRRGGH!
Strange: Yes Wayne,feel the pain.
Batman's still doin' nothing.
Strange: How does it feel,Wayne to see your parents' blood spurt on your face while the criminal escape.
Strange: Hahaha,is the pain still inside you?No doubt,considering you're dressed as a Bat.And now back to the present.What are you gonna about Two-face kidnapping your little girlcat?
Batman's shocked at this.
Strange: Pathetic,so disappointing that the hero of Gotham is just a little 8 year old boy crying for Mommy and Daddy.
Batman then gets a knife out of his gloves and keeps playing with the lock so he can free himself like in Batman TAS.
Strange: I have a few friends that want to meet you.
Suddenly,Robin appears out of the shadows.
Strange: Kill him.
Batman then frees himself
Batman: Robin!Why?!
Robin's quiet.He attacks Batman.
Batman allows him to because he doesn't want to hurt the boy he grew up.
Strange then calls the TYGER guards.
All of them rush at Batman.
Batman triple-counters and then breaks a guard's leg and then sprays the Explosive gel on the floor while evading and then performs a beatdown on a TYGER guard and then jumps on him and slams him with his two fists,then 10 TYGER guards rush at him,he then detonates the Explosive gel he sprayed a while back which knocks out the 10 guards.
Then it's only Batman and Robin.
Batman: Robin,this is not who you are.Strange must have done something to you,deep down inside you know you don't wanna do this.
Then,something falls out of Robin's back.It's a microchip!
Robin: I'm sorry Bruce,I didn't mean to.
Batman: I told you not to go inside Arkham City,you should have listened.
Batman then chases Strange.
He then tackles him and then holds him with his two hands from the neck.
Batman: WHERE'S TWO-FACE.
The fear inside Batman's eyes strike Strange's heart.
Batman then goes to the roof top pulling Strange from his leg.
He then holds him from his leg and holds him above the street.
Batman: I'll ask one more time,WHERE'S TWO-FACE?
Strange: AAAAAAAAH!He-he's in the courthouse.Now please leave me alone!
Batman then leaves Strange.
Strange: My god!He's-"Gulp" he's stronger than I expected.
